GSA LLC sells automotive and truck accessories through online marketplaces, including our eBay store. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and what we do not do with it.
When you buy from us on a marketplace such as eBay, the marketplace provides us with the details needed to complete your order: your name, shipping address, the items ordered, and the order identifiers. We use that information only to fulfil your order, to answer your questions about it, and to handle returns or disputes through the marketplace.
We use software of our own to run our marketplace accounts. It reads our own seller-account metrics, our own listings and offers, and our own orders in order to monitor account health, keep prices and stock levels current, and send orders to our distributors.
Your relationship with the marketplace itself (account, payment, messaging, feedback) is governed by that marketplace's own privacy policy and user agreement, for example eBay's. Data you give the marketplace stays under those terms; this policy covers only what GSA LLC does with the details the marketplace passes to us.
